Deloitte creates 5,000-person Apple practice along with iOS exclusive EnterpriseNext tools

Deloitte has announced a partnership with Apple that may help the smartphone manufacturer nab a bit more of the enterprise market.

The multinational professional services firm stated that it’s opening a first-of-its-kind Apple practice with over 5,000 of dedicated iOS specialists that will “help customers unlock productivity and better connect employees, inventory, supply chains, and back-office systems creating custom iOS solutions.”

These dedicated iOS practitioners, said Deloitte, will be working in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Additionally, the two brands are collaborating on a new iOS exclusive offering called EnterpriseNext which consists of tools and workshops dedicated to the process of prototyping mobile projects for the iPhone and iPad.

So far the offerings include a two-week iOS-oriented workshop that is integrated with Deloitte Digital studios and Deloitte’s greenhouse accelerator locations, as well as an industry-specific Value Maps tool.

“As the leader in digital transformation strategy, Deloitte is an ideal partner that brings a team of Apple-dedicated strategic advisors to help clients truly revolutionize how they work using iOS, iPhone and iPad,” said Apple CEO Tim Cook.

“iPhone and iPad are transforming how people everywhere get work done. And through this partnership, we’re able to help even more businesses tap into the incredible capabilities that only the Apple ecosystem can deliver.”
