Brooke Henderson is Canadian and dominating the LPGA tour.
The 18-year old from Smith Falls, Ontario recently won the Cambia Portland Classic and the LPGA Championship at Sahalee in Sammamish, Washington three weeks ago. Today, Henderson is also winning as she has partnered with Google to promote Android Wear smartwatches.
On Twitter, Henderson stated she will be wearing the Moto 360 Sport Edition on and off the course, which she states is “perfect to stay on top of things.” There are no details as to specific details of the sponsorship or how long the partnership will last.
The Moto 360 Sport officially launched in Canada in January and features a plastic/silicone body that repels sweat. It also comes with built-in GPS to track runs and other outdoor physical activity, allowing owners to leave their smartphone at home.
A 1.37-inch 360 x 325 pixel display with “AnyLight” tech makes the Sport’s display easy to read indoors and out by adjusting the strength of its backlight.
