The service pricing for Apple’s newly released iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is now up on its website, and it shows an increase in out-of-warranty service pricing for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus over the the iPhone 6 series.
The out-of-warranty fee is now $449 CAD for the 7 Plus, a $20 bump from the $429 it costs to repair the 6S Plus or 6 Plus out of warranty. As for the iPhone 7, the out-of-warranty fee is $409, while the 6 and 6S repair fee is $389.
Other than that, the pricing falls in line with the two most recent older generations. Screen repair for the 7 Plus is $189 and battery service is $99. The iPhone 7’s service repair fees come in at $169 for screen repair and $99 for battery service.
