For all the Canadians that have the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, you’ll be happy to know that Android’s Marshmallow update is now available to download.
This entry-level Android device was released November of last year and the update comes in just over 1GB in size. The update to the S5 Neo brings all the sweetness of Marshmallow, including the new TouchWiz experience, WiFi calling capabilities, and enhanced power saving mode.
This update has arrived for Videotron, Bell, Virgin and Koodo customers but it should also be available to SaskTel and Rogers, too. If you’re not seeing a download notification, manually check for it via Menu > Settings > About Device > Software Update > Update.
(Thanks, Venki!)
