Adoption of iOS 9 continues to increase in adoption, according to the latest numbers released by the company. Since January, iOS 9 adoption jumped by two percentage points to 77 percent.
Following in a distant second is iOS 8 with 17 percent of Apple mobile devices on the 2014 operating system. Last but not least, seven percent of devices that visited the iTunes App Store in February were running iOS 7 or earlier.
Apple announced iOS 9.3 last month, which is reportedly set to release next month. iPhone and iPad users will benefit from Night Shift, a blue light-reducing nighttime mode, while Notes, Health and CarPlay will all receive significant updates.
