The ZTE Axon Pro has become the latest Android device to be updated to the newest version of Google’s operating system.
In addition to adding the standard set of Marshmallow features like Now on Tap and Doze, ZTE says there’s also a reworked app drawer skin for Axon Pro owners to check out. According to the company’s blog post on the subject, the redesigned drawer now pins a user’s most used apps to the top of the screen. It also incorporates faster alphabetical scrolling.
The update comes in at 835MB, and can be downloaded by navigating to the “System Updates” section of the phone’s settings menu.
Unfortunately, the more affordable Axon, which is available on Fido for $0 on a two year contract, is still stuck on Android 5.1.1 for the foreseeable future. Neither ZTE nor Fido have said when that device will be updated to 6.0.1.
The ZTE Axon Pro is available off contract through online retailer Newegg.
