Rogers and Fido will both be releasing the entry level HTC Decire C, this is expected to hit locations on the 28th. A bit of a step forward for those looking to pick this device up through them – which will be available in both red and white – is that the dummy devices have started to show up at Rogers locations. The prices of this OS 4.0 device currently ranges from $99 no-term to $149.99 no-term (Fido will launch this for $200 outright).
