It’s amazing to consistently see Apple increase their revenues and have record breaking sales. They just sent out a press release reporting their Q3 fiscal 2011 results and another “All-Time Record Revenue and Earnings”: revenues of $28.57 billion and record quarterly net profit of $7.31 billion. Specifically regarding iPhone and iPad sales, dominated again with 20.34 million iPhones in the quarter (142% increase from a year ago) and Apple sold 9.25 million iPads in the quarter (up a whopping 183% from the same quarter last year).
Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO said that “We’re thrilled to deliver our best quarter ever, with revenue up 82 percent and profits up 125 percent. Right now, we’re very focused and excited about bringing iOS 5 and iCloud to our users this fall.”
Stunning. Bring on the iPhone 5.
