We found another XML file that shows TELUS will be launching LG BL40… could this be their first HSDPA device? This device made news a few weeks ago when it was discovered that it might be going to Vodafone, and now it seems to be coming over to Canada.
But more importantly are the very odd specs that come with this: screen resolution of 345×800 pixels, “MaxMessageSize” of 614400 characters and also a “MaxImageResolution” of 2560 x 1920. There are no soft keys so it could be a touchscreen of some sorts. This will also come with a 5 megaixel camera and has video capabilities, stereo… but the most exciting part of the find is this:

<rdf:li>UMTS</rdf:li>
<rdf:li>GPRS</rdf:li>
From the looks this it will be a data device of sorts and could also be the first device on their new network?
