Rumours of an April launch for the Samsung Galaxy S III are becoming increasingly common, as ZDNet Korea has seemingly confirmed it with Samsung’s marketing partner in the region. The announcement is expected for early April, with a huge marketing push around the Olympic Games in London. It’s been said that the Galaxy S III will be Samsung’s largest worldwide marketing campaign, launching simultaneously in almost every major market.
The Galaxy S III is rumoured to have a 4.8-inch 1080p display, 1.5Ghz quad-core Exynos processor, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera, with NFC, LTE and a ceramic body, all running Android 4.0. If Samsung can pull off such incredible internal hardware while maintaining decent battery life, the results will be mind-blowing.
