Fido sent out a press release for their new “FidoANSWERS” service. We wrote about this last week and Fido stated they hired 10% more staff and FidoANSWERS gives customers the option of “talking to a live representative right away” in either in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin. Included in the release was a not-to-shocking stat that 89% of customers like talking to a rep when dealing with their wireless provider. The FidoANSWERS is live now and the commercial is actually kinda funny (after the break)
