Sony ushered in a new era of mid-range smartphones yesterday when it announced the Xperia M4 Aqua at Mobile World Congress.
The overall design of the M4 Aqua is uniquely Sony and the phone features a 5-inch 720p display, a 64-bit octa-core Cortex-A53 processor and 2GB RAM. The Xperia M4 Aqua is waterproof, packs a 13MP camera, a 5MP front-facing camera and even goes as far as to promise a two-day battery life. Incredibly decent for a mid-ranger.
Sony noted this Lollipop device would be available in 80 countries and today we bring you confirmation that Canada will see this arrive in the spring. The Xperia M4 Aqua will be available in white, black, coral and silver but no indication of carriers or price points.
