New devices come out every quarter on Canadian providers. Many carriers offer the option for customers to sign up to be added to a mailing list for future products; both TELUS and Rogers also have systems in place for pre-order or reservations for new devices.
It seems that Rogers is taking it a step further by creating a new sign up section that ensures you’ll “stay in the loop” for OS updates and new devices via an email alert. Rogers states on their site that those who submit their email address will receive “the latest news about the hottest upcoming devices and new OS updates via email alerts. Plus, you’ll be among the first to get VIP access to device reservations, pre-orders, and related launch offers.”
It’s free, but there’s no indication as to how many email alerts you’ll receive. Check it out here at Rogers.
