Quebec is having some good fortune these days. Not only are all the carriers introducing an “Unlimited Quebec” plan but Apple is set to open their first retail store. The Apple Store is set to open in Quebec City on November 13th at Place Ste-Foy. We mentioned back in June that a store was coming to Quebec and it’s about a week away. Most likely you’ll be able to score yourself an iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad and as usual Apple will have the same in-store celebrations that the first 1,000 visitors will be given a free Apple t-shirt.
