Toronto-based MyScreen has entered an agreement for Q4 2009 with Brazilian wireless carrier Claro for a trial of their “revolutionary patent-pending mobile advertising solution”.
MyScreen offers permission and incentive-based advertising for your mobile phone. It allows you to subscribe and be compensated for the advertising (images, text or video) that shows up on your mobile phone.
“Claro subscriber’s will benefit by receiving free services while receiving ads and special offers from the brands they love, we see this innovative partnership including subscribers, advertisers, Claro and MyScreen as a first step towards ad supported services at Claro”, stated Claro Brazil CEO Joao Cox.
