Finally, you might say.
In late May of last year, Sunrise Calendar arrived on Android and the web with the intention of being the first true cross-platform social calendar. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available on Android tablets. That changed today thanks to an update that was pushed to the Play Store this week.
Sunrise Calendar boasts support for Google Calendar, Exchange and iCloud, displaying appointments and meetings in one single timeline. Last year it added support for reminders from Trello and Todoist as well as Evernote, TripIt, Songkick, Asana, Facebook, TripIt, and Evernote.
Today’s update follows the news of Microsoft’s acquisition of Sunrise. The company reportedly paid $100 million for the app in an effort to bolster its multi-platform strategy for productivity.
