The Nexus 5 in Bright Red launched a few weeks ago through Google Play for $349 (CDN) for the 16GB and $399 (CDN) for the 32GB. This comes with the exact same specs as the white and black version, just a fresh colour.
TELUS has decided to add this to their lineup and will make this available to all starting March 7th.
