As expected, Google has gone beyond the standard white and black colours and officially released the Nexus 5 in “Bright Red.” The prices are the same at $349 (CDN) for the 16GB and $399 (CDN) for the 32GB. In addition, Google is currently showing that the new red model “leaves warehouse in 1 – 2 business days.”
Update: Google Play is now showing the Nexus 5 in Bright Red is sold out for both the 16GB and 32GB versions. Google notes that “We are out of inventory. Please check back soon.” No word on when more stock will arrive.
