While many Android manufacturers have forgotten all about tablets, Samsung hasn’t. The South Korean company just unveiled and released the new Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017).
The Galaxy Tab A features an 8-inch display, metal design, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with an f/1.9 aperture, and auto focus. Additionally, the tablet features a 5,000mAh battery, quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable on board storage.
Unlike many other tablets, the Galaxy Tab A is family focused and offers a Kids Mode that features parental controls. The device also features Android 7.1 Nougat, even though Oreo has been available for the last few months.
The Galaxy Tab A (2017) is priced at $299.99 CAD and can be purchased through Samsung’s website or Samsung Electronic Stores.
