Videotron has announced that they will be adding another tablet to their lineup, no not the iPad, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G. Launch day will officially be on March 21st and you’ll be able to but this for $399.95 with a 3-year contract, no word yet on what the no-term pricing will be – the Tab 10.1 is currently priced between $650 and $680 at TELUS, Bell and Rogers.
You can check out our hands-on of the Tab 10.1 here, but Videotron has also decided to put some preloaded bloatware apps on this Android 3.2 tablet, specifically illico web, Archambault – My Books, Clin d’œil and the e-editions of Le Journal de Montréal and Le Journal de Québec. Videotron also stated in their press release that “For a limited time, Videotron is offering free subscriptions to the e-editions of the two newspapers and a $35 archambault.ca gift certificate for digital content with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G.”
