Fido launches “Technical Community” to answer customers technical questions

Making a connection with your customers is always a good thing – and becoming a trend in wireless these days. Rogers launched their Community Forums back in August and now it’s their sub-brand Fido’s turn. The “Fido Technical Community” has the same structure and is a place to have “Fido customers to have their technical questions answered”. It’s pretty simple, you ask a question and either a Fido moderator or another forum member will answer it. The forum is available in both English and in French. If you don’t like this route you can always call customer service.

We’re just looking forward to Fido releasing the Android-powered Acer Liquid e.
