The LG G3 was recently announced and has to launch, but it seem this flagship will also follow a similar path of previous years and have a smaller brother. Details of the G3 Mini have reportedly leaked online come packed with decent specs.
The G3 mini model number for Europe is LGD722 and North American markets is LGD725. If true, this mini flagship Android will have a 4.5-inch display (G3 has a 5.5-inch display), a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8GB of internal storage, 5MP camera and a 2,100mAh battery. Compared to the LG G2 mini from last year, these specs seem a bit off as it sported a 4.70-inch 540×960 display with a 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM and an 8MP camera. Would LG release a new mini version with a smaller display?
No indication of what version of Android the G3 mini is running, probably KitKat, and no indication of a release date or carrier partners.
