After first debuting on Xbox One and PC, Oxenfree, a paranormal adventure game that came out last year, is now available on iOS. Oxenfree was almost universally praised at release for its nuanced and delicate portrayal of teens, as well as strong writing chops. If you’re looking for something new to play on your iPhone or iPad, you could do a lot worse.
You’ll need an iPhone 5s or iPad Air and newer to play the game, as well as 1.54GB of free space to accommodate its lush art style and awesome soundtrack.
To celebrate its release on iOS, Night School, the game’s developer, has slashed 20 percent off of Oxenfree’s regular planned price. It’s currently $5.49 on the Canadian iTunes Store.
