The first device to launch in Canada this year will be the Samsung Galaxy Discover. TELUS already released this in December, but Bell will make this available on January 15th. The price is expected to come in around $200 – TELUS is currently selling it for $79.99 outright – and runs OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, has a 3.5-inch display (320×480 resolution), 3MP camera, 800 MHz, single core processor and weighs in at 122 grams. Nothing earth shattering here.

(Thanks tipster!)

Expecting long line ups at the door for this one.

      I laughed! Thank you.

I bought one for 69$ at Best Buy to play around with. Would love to root it but it seems not likely yet.

Good value for a beater/traveller phone for $100 or less, no way I’d pay $200 for that thing though. Really tough to type on.

    So… it’s a shittier Galaxy Ace II X?
