The third of 4 new confirmed BlackBerry devices is almost here. A solid sign of progress is the arrival of dummy devices to show prospective buyers. The Torch 9860 dummy device has arrived at both Rogers and TELUS today. As for launch dates, TELUS is expected to drop on August 29th and as for Rogers is still unknown but sometime before the month is up. The Rogers Torch 9860 is looking like it’ll come in at $524.99 on a no-term and $199.99 on a 3-year.
