Mobilicity just released the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and it looks like they’ll follow it up by releasing the Curve 9360. This BlackBerry 7 smartphone has just been added to the BlackBerry Software update section for Mobilicity devices, but no word on when this will be available or at what price. Most carriers are selling this for $350 so you can probably expect Mobi to come in a bit cheaper. Check out our full review here.

Alex – why don’t you start threads on HoFo and stay on topic here, but here goes…
1. Pay your Mobilicity account online! Or at Mobilicity stores if need to by cash.
2. Vouchers are an additional system to maintain, and likely not worth Mobilicity implementing for their target customers. Also why Mobilicity don’t want to enter pay-per-use.
3. Outright prices on handsets…
Nexus S Mobi $350 vs Wind $495
Curve 3G Mobi(Walmart) $180 vs Wind $248
Samsung C414 SAME
Bold 9900 Mobi $550 vs Wind Not Avail
4. $15 Clever (no data, max 100 mins/month, max 50 texts) vs $25 unlimited talk/text/data …REALLY?!?
5. Aliens who cares, hope you grabbed a free turkey last weekend!

The curve 3G at Walmart is actually $200 plus taxes now. I was about to buy one, but saw the price increase by $20, so I figured I’d wait to see how much the new curve will cost.
And no, $300 outright for new models isn’t “too steep” and by thinking that, you clearly have no business acumen. Newer models, no matter how slight the upgrade, will always cost more because they are brand new and will cost more straight from the manufacturer. The 3G is only cheaper now because it’s excess inventory of an older, slightly outdated model, and both the manufacturer and carrier want to sell older models as quickly as possible so it doesn’t take up any more space.
Look, rather than complain about what essentially amounts to you being too cheap (and that clearly is the case if you’re comparing Mobilicity’s unlimited talk, text, and data plan for $25 to Wind Mobile’s limited 100 minutes, 50 texts, and no data plan), just go buy a wind phone and quit complaining. Not all plans are for everyone, and Mobilicity’s value plans aren’t targeted towards you. So GTFO.

Where’s Phoneguy? You’d think he’d be all over this claiming PM’s Buzz is better than the Curve.

It would be great to see the Huawei U6150, the signature but now-discontinued Mobiflip by Sharp, and the Public Mobile Buzz by Who Knows all battle it out to see which feature phone is the best!

I’ve had service issues with Robelus. If you want to help the new entrants please identify your carrier & malls.
In the year that I’ve been with Mobilicity coverage has improved, and for my use was good from the beginning. Only area I lack coverage is Toronto’s underground PATH system tho for the savings per month I get that’s not a big issue.
