HTC is rumoured to be releasing three new Windows Phone 8 devices in October – the code names are currently the Zenith, Accord and Rio. Previous reports suggested that the flagship Zenith would have a quad-core processor and a 4.7-inch display. The Accord and Rio would be mid-range handsets, but still have respectable specs.
New details have surfaced online of what is being called an early rendering of the “Accord.” According to the Twitter account of XDA developer “Football,” he states that the Accord will have run WP8 (even though the pic look like it’s running Mango), have a 1.5 Ghz dual-core processor, display resolution of 720×1280 – probably 4.3 inches, 8MP camera, NFC and microSD card support. In addition, the Accord could launch in a flashy colour of purple, which looks very Lumia-like.
