Good deal: SwiftKey keyboard for Android on sale for just over a dollar

SwiftKey, as we’ve told you many times, is our favourite third-party Android keyboard. In fact, it’s probably the best virtual keyboard available on any platform. It’s consistently the #1 paid app in Google’s Play Store, and has recently been updated with a new design, better predictions and much higher levels of accuracy.

In order to celebrate the end of summer, the fine folks at SwiftKey have discounted the keyboard 75% for a limited time, and it can be had for a practically-free $1.08CDN.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your Android phone’s virtual keyboard, we’d encourage you to give SwiftKey a go. There’s also a free version that you can use for a month before trying it out.
