The Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are Microsoft’s flagship Windows 10 Mobile smartphones. Both devices are only sold unlocked through Microsoft’s online store.

Those who have been waiting for the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL to be back in stock can now go forth and order online from Microsoft. According to its site, the Lumia 950 will ship out February 8th at $749 (CAD), and the Lumia 950XL can immediately be ordered for $849.

As for specs, the Lumia 950 features a 5.2-inch display with an hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 20MP camera, 5MP front-facing camera, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The Lumia 950XL has a 5.7-inch 2,560 x 1,440 pixel OLED display, an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, a 20-megapixel PureView rear-facing camera with 4K video capture, a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,340mAh replaceable battery, Qi wireless charging support, and a USB Type-C port.
