Nokia Lumia 900 data connectivity fix now officially available to Rogers users

It may not have come on time, but the data connectivity fix for Rogers Nokia Lumia 900 users is now available. Previously thought to have been released alongside the AT&T fix on Friday April 13th, it was delayed until “around April 20th,” which more specifically meant today, Monday April 23rd.

Users of the Lumia 900 who purchased their devices on or before April 21st on a 1-, 2- or 3-year term are also eligible for a $100 credit through Rogers, courtesy of Nokia.

Nokia previously wrote:

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are offering a $100 Rogers Wireless bill credit to everyone who has already purchased a Nokia Lumia 900 or who will purchase one before April 21st.

If you have already purchased a Lumia 900, you will be able to update your software with the fix beginning around April 20th.”

To download and install the connectivity fix, you must have either the Zune software on Windows, or the Windows Phone 7 Connector app on OS X.
