Yahoo’s superlative Weather app has just been updated with a feature that may save you from getting soaked the next time an unexpected thunderstorm comes rolling through your city.
The latest version of the app now sends out a notification 15 minutes before rain or snow is expected.
The company also claims that the app is now more accurate than previous iterations. Good stuff.
Yahoo Weather is currently available on the Google Play Store. There should also be an iOS version of the app, but it seems to have been temporarily removed from both the Canadian and American App Store. We’ll update this story once it’s back up.
