For smartphones, the trend was to bring users a large screen with almost no bezels and also AI found its way into your pocket. Tablets become thinner, fitness trackers and smartwatches cooled off but became connected. In the automotive space, cars featured up-to-date infotainment systems and more electric vehicles were seen on the roads. Finally, in the home, new products from security to smart speakers and assistants were launched, such as Google Home and Amazon Echo.
