Even though Rogers launched the Curve 3G 9300 last week, RIM has sent out a press release officially announcing the device launch. The Curve 3G ships with OS 5 but RIM says this will be one of the devices that “is BlackBerry 6 ready“. The Curve 3G will most likely hit all the Canadian carriers at some point, Bell is scheduled to release this on the 12th.
Other devices that are on tap to get the new BlackBerry 6 OS are the BlackBerry Bold 9700, BlackBerry Bold 9650, BlackBerry Pearl 3G and the upcoming Torch 9800.
