XM online+ app for Android now available

XM Canada has officially released their XM online+ for Android. The app has the same features as their iPhone, iPad, iPod and BlackBerry app where you get access to music, talk shows, sports and entertainment shows… basically over 100 different kinds of broadcasts that are on XM. The price is $7.99 a month or if go the bundled route with your current XM subscription it’ll only $2.99 a month. In addition, they have a 14 day trial available.

    I dont understand sirius let you stream internet radio as part of your subscription for free. Is XM different?

    Why would you pay an additional fee for month to do something you can do for free over the internet? Why wouldnt you just log in to the web site from your browser and stream music for free?

    I don’t know why anyone signs up for this ridiculous offer. Sirius just needs to get their gears in motion and release their Android app…. still waiting…
