Android-powered LG Aloha coming to Canada in July?

Like Android? Like LG? Like an Android slider with a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor?

Well, we’ve been tipped for the 3rd time over the last month that the LG Aloha is coming to Canada. No word prices or an exact launch date but what we’re hearing is sometime in July with either Bell or TELUS. The Aloha runs Android OS 2.1, comes with a 3.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, has a 5 MP camera with 720p video recording.

We’ll update you when we learn more!

  8. I have! I have had nothing but good luck with my LG phones. =) I always get the more expensive ones though. I have the LG chocolate touch screen phone now, it’s GREAT!

  10. Yep. I have had an LG Chocolate for three years, still working fine. It is my third LG phone including one I bought unlocked from Bell. No problems at all. Good battery life, nice screen for that era, no problem with dropped calls, even the music player works well.
