Public Mobile chooses TeraGo Networks to help launch network

publicMobilePhoneNew wireless entrant Public Mobile is moving ahead in launching their network with a targeted December availability. They will offer a flat rate $40 unlimited talk and text plan to those in Ontario and Quebec.

They have chosen TeraGo Networks to assist in launching their network by providing wireless backhaul services for a portion of its network deployment. Alek Krstajic, Public Mobile’s Chief Executive Officer said “We have chosen TeraGo Networks as a strategic partner as we prepare to launch Public Mobile in Canada. TeraGo’s high capacity, Ethernet-based wireless backhaul provides an optimal solution for our network and we are proud to be engaging a successful Canadian company.”
