AdMob September 2009 stats: Canada holds 7th spot

AdMob has released their September 2009 statistics. As we report back to you each month how Canada is shaping up in the mobile landscape. AdMob puts out a monthly report based on the number of requested ad impressions from their now 15,000 mobile publishers.

In August, Canada increased the number of impressions by 0.03% to a total of 195,600,724 but we slipped to 7th spot. September marked the 2nd year that AdMob is reporting back on its mobile metrics… for us Canadians though we find ourselves stuck in the top 10, but slow growth is keeping up around the 7th spot mark. In September the number of ad requests went up by 2.2% for a total of 224,065,226, this represents an increase of 0.3%.
