Fido has released a device that takes top spot on their lineup. The Nokia 6682 can be yours for $100 on a 2-year contract or a pricey $200 with no contract.
The 6682 has a 1.3 megapixel camera with LED flash (can take video), a 2.1 inch screen with a resolution of 176×208 pixels, MP3 player, Bluetooth compatible. This has your standard features such as contact, calendar, etc. In addition as each carrier must carry at least one device that helps out the visually impaired, this phone features TALKS (an app that changes text messages into speech).
