AdMob June 2009 stats: Canada decreasing, but holds 6th spot

admob-june-2009AdMob has released their June 2009 statistics. Each month they put out a monthly report based on the number of requested ad impressions from their 7,000 mobile publishers (plus mobile apps). May stats showed that Canada had decreased our number of requests by 0.1% with a total of 167,150,242 total impressions. In June we kept our 6th place but again decreased by 0.1% with a total of 164,182,558 total impressions.

In addition, AdMob has put together an estimate of iPhone sales per country. They state that us Canadian can account for 3.1% of the total, this number represents 805,595 iPhone’s of the 26,400,000 sold.
