Following the footsteps of TELUS and Rogers, Bell has now updated their OS upgrade schedule and slotted the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE to receive ICS (OS 4.0.4) back a month. This was originally set for July, then August and now “early September.” Meanwhile, south of us in the States users are reporting that the upgrade has hit their Tab, brining a new version of TouchWiz.
