First revealed during Qualcomm Summit 2026, Motorola is now announcing the Signature 27, and while we expected a Canadian release soon, Motorola is now saying that the device will be exclusive to the U.S. with no availability in Canada at this time.
For the North American market, the Motorola Signature will have the biggest battery on a flagship smartphone with 90W charging alongside the brightest display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip and a 200MP periscope camera with 100x super zoom. However, with all this comes an incredibly expensive $2,499 price tag, which puts it in foldable price territory.
The Motorola Signature 27 features a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED Duo panel that can reach an astonishing 12,000 nits of brightness with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also has Water Touch that allows you to use the device’s screen when it’s wet. Both Water Touch and 12,000 nits of brightness are great especially if you’re using your phone outside — on a sunny or rainy day.
And I can’t wait to see how long a 7,000mAh battery can last, it’s one of the biggest batteries on a flagship in the U.S.
The handset is coming to the U.S. on November 19.
