TELUS announced a few weeks ago that they became the official wireless provider of the CFL. They also stated that CFL mobile apps will be coming down the pipe and they’ve just released their first… the TELUS CFL Mobile app.
This is currently only available for BlackBerry devices but will arrive on the iPhone and Android shortly. The free app was created by Toronto-based Polar Mobile and gives scores, schedules, stats and news. Regardless of the carrier you’re with you can download the app but if you’re a TELUS customers you get “advanced features” that includes:
• Live streaming of all CFL games (including the playoffs and 98th Grey Cup)
• On-demand video including extended game recaps, game previews and interviews
• Enhanced live stats updates during CFL games
