Fido is prepping to go even more Green than they normally are. They currently have the Motorola Renew and are set to release the Motorola Renew Plus very soon. In addition to these, the Sony Ericsson Naite has popped up on the SE Canada site. This will be available soon (targeting February 16th) for $25 on a 2-year contract or $150 no contract.
The Naite is described as “Stay on top of life with the Sony Ericsson Naite phone. A classic 3G phone designed to help you stay in touch, stay organized – and do a bit for the environment. Its timeless looks include a large 2.2′ LCD display so you can easily see your calendar and contacts. It’s got a decent camera, Google maps, a phone calendar and great green credentials too.”
Quick of the Naite are it’s 2.2 inch QVGA display (resolution of 240×320), weighs in at 84 grams with overall dimensions of 108.0 x 47.0 x 12.6 mm. This also comes with a 2 megapixel camera, digital zoom, video capabilities and can hold up to 8GB with a microSD card.
