Dave Wireless makes first network call

DAVE Wireless is one step closer to launching and can tick off another item on their to-do list! Dave has successfully completed their first test call… No other details were announced such as on what device or how long it was, but the call was completed by their network team late last week on their on their “state-of-the-art” Ericsson 3G network.

Vice President of Network Operations Sharyn Gravelle “We’re building a great wireless company on a world-class network – and we’re doing it on schedule. We are one step closer to bringing Canadians the wireless service and value they deserve in early 2010.”

We still believe DAVE is launching in the January time frame… time will tell though.
Congrats to all over at Dave Wireless (when is the new name coming?)
