First and foremost, this is a good idea but honestly cannot top the LG driven “Canadian Texting Championships”.
From March 13 – 15th at select Toronto area Best Buy locations you’ll be able to “go head-head with fellow texters” in “The Great Rogers Text Off”. If you do compete you can have a shot at winning a 50 inch $1,400 Samsung LCD TV (plus other prizes).
Obviously this is to get you into the store and buy phones, specifically the new texting devices from Rogers such as the Propel and Gravity. Looks like you do decide to purchase they’ll give you a $50 gift card.
