Koodo has been on the right track by recently releasing Smartphones (BlackBerry Curve 8530 and the Android-powered LG Optimus One). Today they are going to be releasing a new Data Add-On called “Data Saver Add-on” and it’s basically a tiered data add-on. Here are the costs as Koodo wants to help you “take the guesswork out of your data plan”:
0 – 5MB: $5/month
6-100MB: $10/month
101-200MB: $15/month
201-300MB: $20/month
301-500MB: $25/month
501-1GB: $30/month
We’ll have more info on this plan shortly. We also hear there will be more Android devices coming very soon… plus, as noted earlier it looks like Koodo is prepping to release the HSPA BlackBerry Curve 9300 and we’ve been informed it might be available later this month.
