The WINDspeed Huawei E1691 is available for $80 no-contract – this can reach download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps and 5.6 Mbps upload speeds. On another note their first data stick, the WINDspeed Huawei E181 dropped by $40 to a low $60 no contract.
