A couple days ago BlueAnt and Vlingo came together and developed a free app that will be available sometime in Q1. Currently it’s available for Android, iPhone and BlackBerry devices and later in Q2 for Nokia. To use this you’ll have to purchase a BlueAnt headset and download the free app and when you’re ready for action you can simply speak out loud “Hey Vlingo” and start dictating the commands you want: voice search, voice to text, voice dialing and opening apps. Certainly a good idea and needed if you’re driving a great deal. We captured a demo of the app in action from CES… check it out after the break
