For those looking to get an edge on your next gig, you’ll be happy to know that Viigo has put out a video of how the Job Search capability works.
To access this, open up Viigo and go into the “Local Interest” section and “add channel” for the job search category. Currently this is only available in North America (Canada and United States). The good thing about this is that you can target location, province industry and specific keywords.
Once you find something that peeks your interest, you have several options: send an e-mail to yourself, your friends, post it to Twitter, Digg it… and apply right from the program. This is better than the Workopolis Mobile app as with them you cannot apply online, only search. Probably one of the coolest features about this is that it saves your search items. Each time you go log back in, Viigo updates your search with updated job opportunities (if there are any).
