Back in November Kodak filed lawsuit and also a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission that Samsung used Kodak’s design for the capture, data compression and storage of pictures. Now, Samsung has fired back at Kodak over mobile phone camera technology patents.
Sasmung asked the ITC to block the importation of Eastman Kodak digital cameras as the technology infringes on Samsung patents. Samsung spokeswoman Lee Eun-hee said “Samsung Electronics plans to respond actively to this litigation (by Kodak)”.
Can’t we all just get along?
